Carl Haley

Carl Haley

Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer


Carl Haley, Jr., is the Founder, President and CEO of Grand Avenue. Carl founded Grand Avenue in 2009 to provide a new level of customized transportation service in Middle Tennessee and beyond. Under his leadership, Grand Avenue has grown to become the region’s largest provider in the ground transport sector. Carl oversees all aspects of the business, including operations, affiliate relationships, reservations, customer service, sales, marketing and fleet management.

Prior to forming Grand Avenue, Carl was Executive Vice President of AIM Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading providers of payment accuracy solutions for healthcare payer and hospital clients. Before joining AIM, he worked as the Director of Operations at SallieMae and previously served as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, a law enforcement officer, and in the sales management and information technology fields. Carl is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Information Sciences. Carl and his wife Connie were recently named Philanthropists of the Year by The Nashville Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and are avid supporters of many organizations including the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC), The Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, The Transit Alliance of Middle Tennessee, The Boy Scouts of America, Nashville Zoo, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Carl also serves on the board of directors for the Nashville Symphony, Battle of Franklin Trust, and the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and is a member of the Rotary Club.

Connie Haley is Co-Founder and Partner of Grand Avenue.



Terrie Lane

Terrie Lane

Vice President, Operations and General Manager


Terrie Lane, General Manager, directs all business administration, accounting and human resources efforts at Grand Avenue. In this role, she leads the accounting and financial operations, including IT, office management and accounts payables. Terrie also works directly with the CEO on management issues and special projects.

A seasoned professional in finance and administration, Terrie brings 16 years of experience from her work as Manager of Expense Control and Senior Financial Analyst with Ingram Book Group, the world's largest distributor of physical and digital content.

Dave Pritchett

Dave Pritchett

Vice President, Business Development


Dave brings to his clients decades of marketing and sales experience with some of the most-respected leisure companies in the world, building relationships with the likes of Coca-Cola, AT&T, General Motors, Hyatt, VISA and UPS.

In addition to Dave’s Business Development role at Grand Avenue, Dave is a partner with Music City Sports and Entertainment Group, and he serves in a sales consulting capacity with Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation.

Previously, Dave was a vice president at TBA Global (formerly PGI) overseeing business development in various sectors including sports, entertainment and consumer events. Dave also was part of the Gaylord Entertainment team in Nashville, TN., for 10 years, finally serving as vice president-strategic alliances.

Dave’s career began as a member of the Walt Disney World marketing team. His role evolved from group sales to national marketing and, eventually strategic alliances. He played an instrumental role as a member of the team that generated more than $500 million in sponsorship support for the opening of EPCOT Center.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Nancy Neal

Nancy Neal

Senior Director, Accounting and Finance Operations


Nancy Neal, Senior Director, Accounting and Finance Operations, oversees all accounting functions of Grand Avenue which include but are not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and financial reporting. Nancy is also responsible for the day to day cash flow of Grand Avenue.

Before joining Grand Avenue, Nancy spent the last five years with Nissan Trading Corporation Americas as Financial Supervisor, where she was played an intricate part in reducing the aged Accounts Receivables by $20M. Nancy brings over 30 years of experience in the accounting field.
