Nashville has got to be one of the best places in the country to spend New Year’s Eve.
The Music City will be bouncing with live music, firework displays, and amazing parties. Every bar, venue, and nightclub will be full of people seeing in the New Year in style.
That’s why, at Grand Avenue, we want to make sure you are as prepared as possible. We’ve put together a guide so that you know exactly what’s going on!
Music Note Drop®
Music Note Drop® is Nashville’s main attraction this New Year’s Eve. The event is the official Nashville NYE party and is free entry to the public. Held at The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, Music Note Drop® boasts an all-star lineup including country star Keith Urban and American Rock legends Cheap Trick. If that doesn’t sound like enough, there is a 15-foot red musical note that will drop at midnight from a 145-foot structure which will then trigger a fireworks display. If you are in Nashville for New Year’s Eve, this is the place to go.
What Else Is On?
Almost every venue in Nashville is hosting a shindig this New Year’s Eve. If you haven’t already booked tickets to an event, it is worth walking down Broadway and Downtown to check out the free live music shows around the city. There are also some free entry parties such as Gertie’s Bar at The 404 Kitchen and The City Tap House.
