Nashville looks beautiful at this time of the year. As the colder weather sets in and the holiday lights are put up, there is a magical vibe in the air that you can only find in Nashville.
At Grand Avenue, we like to show off our city. That’s why we’ve set up the Grand Avenue Tours, a series of tours that displays all the best bits of our corner of the world.
We’ve already covered a lot of the tours in this blog, but we’ve been saving a special one for last.
The Grand Holiday Lights Tour is our Christmas tour that takes you around Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin and shows you the best holiday lights our state has to offer.
What Does the Tour Include?
The Grand Holiday Lights Tour is much more than your standard holiday lights tour. To start with, you will be driven around in one of our fleet of luxury vehicles. So, no need to wrap up warm and stand in the cold for hours. You can choose from our fleet of vehicles which includes luxury sedans, limousines and motor coaches and everything in between, so we can cater for any sized party.
You will be driven by one of our highly-trained drivers, who know the area like the back of their hands. That means, if you have any questions about the tour or area, you have your very own expert on hand.
The Grand Holiday Lights Tour has two main options that you can pick from:
The North Pole Route – The Dancing Lights at Wilson County Fairgrounds
For the last 8 years, The Dancing Lights have been one of the main Christmas attractions in Tennessee. This year they have moved from Jellystone Park to Wilson County Fairgrounds, but they are still as magical as ever. This drive-thru experience means that you can experience the festivities without ever leaving the comfort of our luxury vehicles. There are over 1.5 million lights to see, so expect to be amazed!
The South Pole Route – The Decorated Homes of Brentwood & Franklin
In some neighborhoods the Christmas light competition can get really out-of-hand, and that is certainly true in Brentwood and Franklin. Both neighborhoods have their own special display. Brentwood’s Christmas Lights on Sunnyside uses 135,000 lights, while Franklin’s Lights On Old Charlotte boasts a 20ft mega tree. On the South Pole Route, we will take you around these expansive neighborhoods and show the best Tennessee has to offer.
