While Nashville has many well-known, historic venues, there are some great new places to consider when planning your next event. Here are some of the best new (and coming) venues in Music City:
21C NASHVILLE. (221 Second Avenue North) Keeping pace with the trend of new boutique hotels opening in old, historic buildings, 21c Nashville opened in late spring of 2017 at the former hardware warehouse. The building, registered as a National Historic Landmark, dates to the 1900s. Onsite offerings include restaurants, bars, intimate meeting rooms and even an art museum.
FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITES NASHVILLE METROCENTER. (100 French Landing Drive) Marriott’s business class chain, Fairfield Inn, opened a Nashville MetroCenter location in March of 2017. Although often associated with no-frills business trips, the new property is outfitted with their more upscale branding and offers daily breakfast. Large and mid-size meeting rooms are available, often at no additional cost if booked in conjunction with a room block. Conveniently located just 11 miles from the airport, this business class hotel is a great location for large business events, seminars, or meetings.
KIMPTON AERTSON HOTEL. (2021 Broadway) The upscale Kimpton brand is part of the largest chain of boutique hotels in the United States. Nashville opened the luxurious property in the Midtown area in late June of 2017. The full-service hotel is slated to have 180 rooms. With a projected 6,500 square feet of meeting space and over 600 parking spaces, the Kimpton promises to be an excellent place for large-scale corporate events, no matter how discerning the guest list.
THE NOELLE NASHVILLE. (200 4th Avenue North) The long-anticipated Noelle, in plans since 2014, is set to open its doors by September of 2017. It will feature a stunning rooftop bar, public and private restaurants, an experiential art shop, exquisite pink marble and brass interiors, and furnishing hailing to the structure’s Art Deco roots. While ultimately designed for the flow and interaction of all of its guests, the Noelle will also offer intimate and mid-sized meeting rooms and larger corporate event spaces.
Choosing the perfect venue in Nashville is not difficult with so many amazing properties and outdoor locations, both new and old, to select from. When planning your next event, don’t forget to call us to arrange your ground transportation.
