The Tennessean reported to that we may pay up to $70 more on traffic tickets when a new state law takes effect a week from today.
Ugh. That’s all I need – another ticket. I’m not sure if I should even tell you, but I’ve gotten three (all for speeding) just this year. I’m so good at traffic school now, that I could teach it. And you have to pay the ticket, the processing fee and for traffic school. I’m single handedly re-paving the Demonbreun street project.
This article is yet another reason to take advantage of chauffeured transportation, don’t you think? Our drivers get paid to follow the letter of the law and how great is it to sit back, relax and let someone else deal with the traffic and parking?
And it’s super affordable if you think about it. If you grab your friends and want a stretch SUV (seats 14) for the minimum 3 hours, you’re looking at just $32 a person. Much better than stressful traffic, wondering where on earth to park and then paying for it and of course much better than a $70 traffic ticket, don’t you think?
I know I do. My last speeding ticket I played the girl card and turned on the waterworks to get out of the ticket. I should have won an Oscar for my performance. But he didn’t buy it for a second – back to traffic school for me. $32 for peace of mind and a little fun sounds pretty good right now!
