Kline’s promotion comes as Nashville’s popularity as a top meetings and events destination continues to grow

Kline previously served as Executive Assistant to Grand Avenue CEO, Carl Haley. With over seven years of experience providing events management services and administrative support for corporate executives and organizations, Kline will be responsible for overseeing the processes and systems related to serving customers through all phases of their transportation needs.
Kline’s promotion comes as Nashville continues to grow in popularity as a top destination city for meetings and events. Having set a new record for tourism with 14.5 million visitors in 2017, Nashville currently ranks as number seven on Cvent’s Top 50 Meeting Destinations in the United States.

Since joining Grand Avenue in 2015, Kline has developed the customer service, management and leadership skills necessary for her new role as Event and Client Services Manager. Prior to Grand Avenue, she was an Events/Executive Administrative Assistant for Kentucky Speedway and Front Office Manager for Orem Owlz Baseball. Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Otterbein University.
