1. What type of vehicles do you have?
As the largest chauffeured transportation service in Nashville we have just about everything from Sedans & SUVs to Vintage Rolls Royce’s and 56 passenger Motor Coaches. We currently have 51 vehicles in our fleet to choose from.

2. Do you offer Point to Point Service or is there any hourly minimum?
We offer Point to Point service and Hourly Service. We believe in customizing our transportation solutions to meet your needs.
3. How can I get a Price Quote?
There are three fast and easy ways to get a Price Quote and they are all FREE:

Website: You can click here to visit our online Reservation & Quoting System which is fast and easy to use.
Email: Simply send us an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our CSR’s will reply within all of your answers.
4. How far in advance do I need to make a Reservation?
We always have a chauffeur On Call for last minutes reservations, but we recommend that you book your vehicle or private chauffeur to drive your personal vehicle as soon as you have your travel plans set. All reservations are based on availability.
5. How do I know that my Reservation is Confirmed?
Confirmations are emailed to you when you make a reservation. Our confirmations will include all of the details of your trip including price, vehicle type, pickup time and location, and any additional stops you have supplied to us.
We will also send you a Trip Reminder 24 hrs prior to your scheduled pick up along with your chauffeur name and cell phone number.
6. What if my vehicle is Late to pick me up?
We exclusively offer an On Time Pick Up Guarantee or your trip is FREE! Over the last six years we have successfully picked our clients up on time in Nashville and 465 additional cities across the globe 99.3% of the time. If we are one minute late your trip is free.
To help us with this Guarantee we use state of the art GPS tracking technology so we know where all of our vehicles are at all times.
7. What do I do if my Flight is delayed?
You don’t need to do anything except for relax and have the piece of mind that we are tracking your flight via our Flight Tracking software. We will dispatch your vehicle accordingly and your chauffeur will meet you to assist you with your luggage and provide a safe ride to your destination.
If your flight is cancelled and or your change flights then you will need to notify us so we can track your new flight.
8. Where do I meet my chauffeur at the Airport?
This is up to you when you make your reservation. We can either meet you in Baggage Claim at your baggage carousel or in the Limousine Lane which is on the Ground Transportation in the adjacent parking garage. Our CSR’s will ask you which location you prefer when making your reservation and then make a custom greet sign with your name on it so it is easy to locate your chauffeur.
9. Do you service FBO’s if I fly privately?
Yes, we service all FBO’s in Nashville and nationally.
10. How do I open an Account?
Opening an account is easy and available to Individuals and Businesses. By opening an account you will expedite the reservation process and have access to benefits that are not available to the general public.
