While President Obama’s limousine clearly needs the most extreme of security measures, we at Grand Avenue have our own safety procedures that ensure the utmost protection for our clients.
Grand Avenue Chauffeurs participate in a rigorous 18-hour training course. Once they pass the training program exam and secure the proper legal licensing, they participate in ongoing additional training — 6 to 10 hours every month. They are required to know and understand routes, the specifics of Grand Avenue customer service, safety regulations and legalities, and other important information.
Licensed and Legal: Grand Avenue is debt-free and fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. We carry insurance limits that are five times the state’s requirements ($5,000,000 / AM Best rating of 14).
A team of dedicated Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives provide 24 hours a day, seven days a week service to meet any transportation request and solve any issue in real time.
Vehicle GPS Tracking – allows for real time fleet management, silent communication between dispatch and our drivers, and peace of mind.
DOT mandates a certified safety inspector inspects our vehicles annually to check for issues, but Grand Avenue inspects our own fleet weekly using a 30 point safety procedure.
