As you all may have seen our last blog post was the Chauffeur Golden Rules. In my opinion this was a great post from our lead chauffeur on what he does to prepare and deliver high quality service on each and every trip.
As many of you know the Golden Rules are just the starting point for any chauffeur. We at Grand Avenue expect a perfection because our clients expect us to be perfect. It is with the Golden Rules along with our extensive chauffeur training program implemented by Jason that allows us to customize our service delivery for Affiliates, Corporations, and Individuals.
We are fortunate to have a member of our chauffeur team that has a tremendous amount of Hospitality experience as he (Jason Williams) came up with the chauffeur kit on his own accord to better serve our clients close to a year ago. We as employers and executives are always looking for our staff to think out of the box or take their job to the next level for the client. As you know this is hard to find.
Notice in the last paragraph that I highlighted "our" clients. Jason has personified the ownership mentality that we all seek in our staff. He lives by his Golden Rules, teaches them to our staff, and mentors our chauffeurs so our service delivery can be consistent and exceed our clients expectations not only by him, but with our entire team of chauffeurs.
